Navigating Life’s Unpredictable Path
Hello, I’m Sean, and my life has been a journey of unexpected twists and profound self-discovery. In my twenties, everything seemed on track: I was married, pursuing graduate studies, and seeking a path in church leadership. However, by my thirties, life had other plans. I found myself divorced, concealing my deepest truths, and ultimately stepping away from a faith that couldn’t fully embrace who I am.

This period of upheaval prompted me to explore new paths, including Buddhism, Hinduism, Paganism, and more. While each offered valuable insights, none provided the sense of completeness I sought. It was during this search that I realized I didn’t need a religion to have faith—I needed belief in myself and a connection to a Higher Power.

The Lessons of Our Journeys
Our life journeys often teach us how unpredictable and challenging life can be. In the blink of an eye, we can go from soaring on the highest peak to navigating the lowest valley. Daily, we encounter situations that disrupt the balance of our lives. For me, energy work in all its forms is about restoring that balance.

As a certified practitioner of the Restorative Energy Technique™, Reiki, and a certified Breathwork facilitator, I blend various tools—scents, sounds, and hands-on techniques—to help your mind, body, and spirit find a moment of peace. When we take the time to clear both internal and external spaces, we offer ourselves a precious gift—a brief respite to release, breathe, and simply be.
