Sound Bath, Reiki, Breathwork, Toning + Oracle Card Reading

Give yourself permission to rest and deeply relax in this 2 hour workshop that draws in elements of Reiki (Japanese energy work), Breathwork, Toning, Oracle Card Reading and Sound Healing. Your Sound Journey will include chimes, crystal and tibetan singing bowls, bells and gong. You are welcome to bring extra blankets, pillows, crystals, essential oils, a journal or anything else that helps you ground your energy inward. This is a low-movement practice. No experience necessary and every body is welcome.
