Emily Wehrman of Mastery in Love is proud to present an evening of self-healing in Frontenac, MO! Featuring Healing Spaces and Heart Frequency Healing, join us for a night of healing, harmony and wholeness in this 3-hour restorative evening through embodiment, breathwork, sound healing, and toning vocalizations.
As the room fills with live sound, Emily will guide you to gently open yourself with embodied movement. Then you’ll flow into a Breathwork session and navigate stuck energies and patterns. Finally, you’ll rest and relax as Joseph and Barry help you integrate and heal with sound therapy and vocal toning.
Please bring a yoga mat, a couple of blankets and a pillow, as well as crystals, a journal, or anything else that helps you ground your energy inward. This is a gentle-movement practice—no experience necessary and everybody is welcome!
