Find rest and relaxation in this 2.5 hour restorative afternoon through hands-on energy work, Breathwork, Toning vocalizations, and Sound Healing. Starting with Breathwork practices you will find yourself opened and ready to expand and receive transformative energy, sound and vocal healing modalities. Your Sound Journey will include chimes, crystal singing bowls, and a planetary gong tuned to Saturn! Hands-on energy work will take place throughout the Sound Healing. Vocalizations will ground you back into your body as you integrate this experience.

You are welcome to bring extra blankets, pillows, crystals, and a journal or anything else that helps you ground your energy inward. This is a low-movement based breathwork practice. No experience necessary and every body is welcome!
